As you drive around the neighborhood there are quite a few roll off dumpsters to be seen. Please know, as the user of a roll off dumpster, there is a City of Centennial Code that says dumpsters may only remain, even on private property, for a duration of 7 days without a building permit. If there is a building permit in place, the renter/owner can have a roll off dumpster on the property until the building permit expires.
