Notice of Virtual Community Meeting for a REZONING

You are receiving this notice because a property you own or occupy is in the vicinity of a development that is subject to a virtual community meeting. Virtual community meetings are held prior to the formal submittal for the Rezoning as described below. The purpose of the virtual community meeting is to inform the affected property owners and neighborhoods about the proposed development application and seek comments about its potential impacts in the area which could reasonably be mitigated. If you are the owner or manager of a rental property, please distribute this notice to your tenants so they may participate in the virtual community meeting.

 

Notice of the virtual community meeting is being sent to all adjacent property owners within 200 feet, all HOAs and Civic Associations registered with the City that are located within ½ mile of the proposed development, and CenCON. You will have the opportunity to review documents and other supporting information relating to the Site Plan online and post questions, comments, and feedback on the proposal.
